Weekly Challenge 2024-08-12



We alluded to this week's challenge in the member program document for T2 WOW. Use the inspiration and example from the Olympics to make two specific goals for yourself.

The first one should be a process-oriented goal over the next 4-8 weeks. An example would be striving to hit 20 workouts a month, or take a short morning walk every day, etc.

The second goal should be a performance outcome such as reps or weight in a lift, power or HR targets in a ride, a time in a run or hike, or a body composition result. 

Goals give us greater meaning and purpose in our training and lifestyle. This leads to success and satisfaction. If you need help with your goals, just ping me in Member Submissions and we'll get to work. 

This is a great spinoff from the Olympic Games.
