Weekly Challenge 2024-09-23



We are heading into a DELOADING WEEK. Let's focus on heart rate in two ways.

1. During your steady state (not interval) cardio, make sure you heart rate does not go over 180- your age. For example if you are 60, keep it at or under 120 beats per minute.

2. Check your morning resting pulse every day. You want to see it be on the low side of normal all week, and preferably under 60 bpm. If it's elevated, check your stress, sleep, and nutrition to make sure you are getting recovered this week.
