An entire year of comprehensive fitness for life workouts! Here are a few points about Year 4 Workouts of the Week!
- The weekly workouts are laid out in exactly the same fashion as all of our T2 Workouts of the Week.
- Each week is organized in calendar format so you can scroll directly to the current time of year and jump right into the programming.
- The entire year of training is based on our Annual Training Plan and follows the identical Seasonality format of our TLA System.
- Each Week, Month, and Block flows into the next.
- The workouts address the same capacities as Year 1, 2, and 3, but they're unique to Year 4.
- Year 4 is not harder, easier, or better than Year 1, 2, or 3...just different enough to offer you some stimulating variety. You can still scale it up or down to advanced or beginner levels as you desire, using our methodology.
- Ideally, you would complete Year 1, Year2, and Year 3, smash Year 4, and then return to year 1 and start over. It's an Olympiad model...and it's training for LIFE!
