Relationships

Make your relationships not suck. That’s the best way I can say it. Harmonious relationships are additive, not detractive, to the life experience. When you get along swimmingly with yourself (that’s the first one to make right) and others, there is a powerful level of support and positivity that you experience.

Naturally, there is a hormonal and neurotransmitter basis for these great human relationships. Serotonin goes up. This aids feelings of calmness, serenity, and security. Dopamine adds a little excitement. Oxytocin creates that sense of belonging and feeling cared for. And norepinephrine drives confidence and reliability.

All of those elements result in hormonal balance, metabolic upregulation, and bodcompopp. This is especially valuable when you are trying to cut some fat, and maintain consistency in habits. But it also helps with any goal you’re pursuing because teamwork and collaboration are incredible. Knowing someone’s got your back, and you’ve got theirs…is amazing. It’s what we all deserve.
