The pushup, also known in our circle as the POOOSHUPP, is probably the most popular and well recognized bodyweight exercise. Now, this week, at during any workout you like...BANG OUT 100 PUSHUPS! It doesn't matter how many breaks you take, just get it done.
I managed to get last week's air squats done. But this one will be tougher for me given my shoulder problems (and weakness that I'm trying to eradicate). The last time I did this challenge I did 40 reps, then 20-20-10-10 with short breaks to get it done. This go round might not be so pretty, but I'll give it hell and I know you will also.
