This week's workouts have a LOT of challenge in them. But they focus mainly on doing a high volume of one, or just several things. Our challenge is to relax and not worry that if we aren't doing everything , all the time (this approach never works anyway) that we will somehow not be ass-kicking hard to kill Lifetime Athletes.
