Weekly Challenge 2024-12-16



Double challenge this week.

Workout A has some focused footwork emphasizing jumping, bounding, and hopping. Our challenge is to minimize height or vertical displacement at first so we can work on a taut, interconnected body that bounces as a whole, as opposed to a herky-jinky slinky that neither looks nor feels that good. Think of yourself as a basketball.

Workout B has a lot of unilateral movement. It is rare that a Lifetime Athlete has identical strength and mobility on left and right. Be aware that you may have injuries or conditions that can't be totally changed and keep everything safe. Don't work through pain. But, try to get both sides functioning as close to identically as possible.
