Several of you have requested some more stringent tasks within the Lean4Life 30-day Challenge. Ok...here you go. This week:

Nail down your BMR + activity (isocaloric) point. If you are trying to lose weight, eat 400 calories less (a 400 cal deficit) and if you're seeking gains, add 400. 

For weight loss, max eating window during the day is 10 hours over 2-3 meals.

Gainers get a 14-hour window over 3-4 meals. 

Consume 16-32 ounces plain water after each workout.
