Weekly Challenge 2025-01-27



Cool challenge this week. We're wrapping up the Lean4LIFE 30-day Challenge and we're in transitional mode between the Agility Block, and the Strength (and hypertrophy) Block. 

Two assignments.

First, stay with Lean4LIFE and get the full benefit of a month of focused learning. Ping me in Member Submissions if you have any questions.

Second, in getting ready for the Strength Block, make sure you have at least one heavy loading apparatus at home. This can be a barbell at body weight or better, a pair of dumbbells at 50+% (counting both of them) bodyweight, a kettlebell at 30+% bodyweight, or a sandbag at 25+% bodyweight. There's no substitute for heavy loading (at least in a few instances) and feather dusters or sacks of dogshit won't cut it.
