Y2 WOW!



An entire year of bonus workouts! Here are a few points about Y2WOW!

  • The weekly workouts are laid out in exactly the same fashion as our T2 Workouts of the Week.
  • Each week is organized in calendar format so you can scroll directly to the current time of year and jump right into the programming.
  • The entire year of training is based on our Annual Training Plan and follows the identical Seasonality format of our TLA System.
  • Each Week, Month, and Block flows into the next.
  • The workouts address the same capacities as Year 1, but they're unique to Year 2.
  • Year 2 is not harder, easier, or better than Year 1...just different enough to offer you some stimulating variety. You can still scale it up or down to advanced or beginner levels as you desire, using our methodology.
  • If you've completed a year of training, and you don't want to repeat the cycle (although there's nothing wrong with doing that)...this is the track for you.
