Howdy, Howdy! We’re heading into the final (long) week of the month. It’s time for a subtle reduction in workload (training volume and intensity). We’re also going to use this week to set up our summer training pattern, which will exist through August during the rest of the Power Block and for the Speed Block.

Greetings, Amazing Tribe Member! This week we are building volume in our initial power training applications. If you are like me, you’ve probably noticed that it takes a few sessions to get used to these new movements and force productions. That’s totally normal.

The final week of April, and the final week of our Strength and Hypertrophy Block! It’s time for a major deload. We’ll be reducing volume and intensity this week as we take some active rest. We will also be preparing for the transition to the Power Block.
