Alrighty then! Let’s git to killin’ it! By now, in this 3rd week of the month, you know all the exercises and routines. We’re going to be adding some intensification and we’ll be doing that in our Accessory circuits. The primary compound lifts are taking care of themselves so just keep hammering there.
Greetings Great One! YOU are an amazing Tribal BEAST! This is the second week in the third month of the Strength and Hypertrophy Block. We are using the exact same training setup as last week, but with one major workload advancement.
Hey, you magnificent BEAST! Here we are, at Month 3 of our Strength (and hypertrophy) Block and this first week introduces a beautiful new training split. You’re going to be diving into 4 different sessions this week. A, B, and C are all to be performed once, on non-consecutive days. D is your recovery or filler session and you can fit it in up to 3 times.
GREAT job on making it to the deloading week of month 2 in the Strength Block. As is our tradition, we are making some changes in the workouts to allow for recovery and consolidation of your gains. Changeups are color coded so they are easy to recognize. There is a little less workload and the changes are described in the Workout Breakdowns below the table.
Happy St. Patrick’s Day you fit and fashionable Tribe member! I’m sure you’ll be wearing green for your Monday workout, and you’ll be feeling great! This is our intensification week in the second of three months of strength-focused training.
Yahoo! Week Two! That is, week 2 of month 2 in our Strength Block. Now that you are familiar with the new training split, we’re going to build some volume.
Hello Amazing Training Tribe Member and welcome to the second month of our 3-month Strength (and Hypertrophy) Training Block. As is our method in the Annual Training Plan, this month we’ll be employing a classic training split. It’s the LB-UB-GC X2 split!
Great job getting to the end of this month! We are deloading and Daddy’s got a special surprise for you. We’re doing only 1 session each of Workout A-B-C and these are significantly downregulated to make them relatively easy. We just need to maintain competency and familiarity with the movement patterns.
Hello Mighty Tribe Member. It’s Intensification week in our first of 3 months in the Strength and Hypertrophy Block. This week’s changeups feature a bump in effort. We are sticking with the 4 sets in each of the primary exercises but we are advancing RPE to 9 on the final set. The changeups are color coded in the table.
Tribe Member, YOU are AWESOME! And we’re getting after it in week 2 of the Strength (and hypertrophy) Block. By now you are getting a real feel for the training split we’re employing this month. It has some unique features and sequences that you may be appreciating.
Ok…here we go! The official launch of the Strength (and Hypertrophy) Block! Using resistance training to build lean mass and force production capacity. Our traditional 3-month focus during Feb-Mar-Apr.
Howdy, Tribal Great One! We’ve got an outstanding week in front of us! As we finish up deloading from the Agility Block and we prepare to begin the Strength Block…this is a great transitional opportunity!
Greetings Tribe Member! Okey Dokey…as promised we are starting a long (2 week) deload. Last week had quite a bit of challenge and complexity. Now we are setting our wings, dropping the landing gear, and gliding toward the completion of the month and Block.
Ok…here we are in week 3 of month 2 in the Agility Block. This month is a 5-weeker. We’re going to increase workload slightly this week. We’ll be doing that by manipulating intensity, volume, and density in some familiar sessions.
[The Lean4LIFE 30-day Challenge starts today! We're using the Lean4Life Course. You'll be receiving notifications and tips to help you achieve your best body composition this year. Stick with it for a month and you'll never look back!]
Happy New Year! We’re beginning week 1 of month 2 in our Agility Block. As you know oh so well, this period is all about practicing movement with a skill emphasis. Sure, we maintain our strength and conditioning needs, but we work (and play) at being better overall movers. Lifetime Athletes.
It’s the end of month 1 in our Agility Block. It’s also year-end. And the Holiday Season. As well as deloading time.
Greetings Tribe Member! I hope this week’s content finds you well and that your prep for the holidays is going well. Whatever that looks like for you. As we dive further into our Agility Block, we are looking at some very unique workouts.
Welcome to the second week of the first month in our Agility Block. You are embracing the MicroWorkout, doing a high variety of movement patterns, and releasing your inner MOVEMENTSMITH. That’s what Daddy’s talking about.
